Mental Toughness Trainers don’t just work with athletes. Our R.A.C.E. Formula process works wonders with average people having a tough time at home or work stress. One of my tools for helping people with stress management is what I call:  Have To vs. Want To. It’s a general attitude changer that has the potential to lower stress on a daily basis with this simple perception shift.  Mental Toughness Trainers do a lot of work with folks struggling with stress, pressure and anxiety and may operate as a “life coach” or “stress relief expert” using our process.
